Great Bromley Farmers Market
Great Bromley Village Hall held its first Farmers Market on 22nd January 2011. Despite relatively short notice there were over 15 stalls selling a selection of very high quality products at prices to compete very favourably with the large supermarkets. Products on sale included fresh fish, meats, cheeses, pates, homemade pickles, cakes and pies together with wood carvings, paintings and locally made jewellery.
Attendance was very good and the Hall made a significant amount from the day which will go towards Hall funds. Further Farmers Markets were held during the year.
The next Farmers market will be on Saturday 24th March at the Village Hall between 10am and 1pm.
Use it, or lose it!
If the village supports the market they will continue, however failure to support the stallholders will mean that we will no longer be able to hold any future markets.
To all those people who have not attended one of the markets, you will be amazed at the quality, freshness and price of the products on offer. Please do come and support it.
