The original building, extended considerably in the 1960s, was extensively rebuilt and remodelled in 2002 as part of a PPP (Public Private Partnership) project. The School is legally owned by the trustees, but the premises and maintenance of services are now managed by Caxtons under the PPP scheme, where an annual fee is paid on a lease basis for 32 years.
